I'm Here To Help You Have The Birth You Want

Beth has dreamt of providing professional birth and postpartum support since her first daughter was born 13 years ago.  Her daughters were both born through unmedicated, natural childbirth in the hospital with the support of her husband and a birth doula. Attending childbirth education following the Bradley Method® and achieving the natural childbirth she hoped for came with the powerful realization that not all women are privileged to the same knowledge and support that she received. And when breastfeeding came with unexpected struggles, grappling with the thought of not being able to care for her newborn opened her eyes to the need for postpartum support.

Beth truly believes that every woman from every background deserves the care of a doula.

Now she is pursuing this this dream and would be honored to share it with you. Beth's goal is to help ensure a positive journey into parenthood with physical, emotional and informational support when you need it most.

Beth is trained as a Birth and Postpartum Doula through DONA International. She is proud to help carry out their mission of  “the highest quality perinatal support for birthing mothers and their families by setting the standard for doula education and training, and by advocating the research-based benefits of doula care.”  She is also a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS) approved through LEAARC.

Beth graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelors of Business Administration in 1996. Her previous career spanned over 20 years in business consulting and technology, driving solutions in high growth environments. But like many of us, Beth found her purpose later while becoming a mother.

Beth lives on the east side of Cleveland with her supportive husband, two children and their dog Kali. Beth enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her friends and family. When she’s not attending to a birth or family, she’s most likely to be found in the pool, on her bike or on a jog training for triathlons, her other passion.
